Our website only transact using Australian Dollars (AuD) and crypto currency

(Please note that if your card does not contain an expiration date and security code it cannot be used to purchase on our online store, sorry.)

Do you accept Crypto currency for payment?

Certainly, you can purchase Prayvin items using Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Litecoin (LTC)
Payments using crypto currency are processed by a third-party payment gateway, such as Bitpay.

Is my transaction with Prayvin secure?

Yes, your transaction with us is secure. Your payment details are encrypted and stored on a secure server.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. which is Paypal for credit/debit cards and Bitpay for cypto currency payments.

How do I know that my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive an order confirmation email which also contains all the information about your recent purchase

Note: Certain email providers and /or email applications may misroute our emails. Please always make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder and add our email to your contacts list.

However, if for any reasons you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please take notice, all information related to order payment, order status and tracking information is always available in “ORDERS” section at the left side of your account dashboard`.

Can I change my address once my order has been confirmed?

No, you can’t. When selecting your shipping address, please consider your holiday schedule to ensure that you will be available during the time of delivery.

Can you expedite the delivery of my order?

Express postage is available within Australia for an additional charge of $19.95

Can I choose a courier to deliver my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery courier. However, we can assure you that we ensure a smooth and safe delivery of your orders, and we have tied up only with trustworthy delivery partners.

Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the delivery details by E-mail or SMS. You can also track its status in your Prayvin dashboard.

How long will delivery take?

Your item will be sent out within 3 business days and you should receive your product within 10 business days.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes, we currently offer shipping to all destinations outside Australia

What if I change my mind and can I request for a refund/return/replacement?

Yes, you can. We offer a full refund of the original price, if you change your mind and want to return them. The items should not have been used and has to be in its original condition and packaging.

After 30 days or as soon as you received the item/s, feel free to contact us if you wish for a refund and to return the products.

Terms and Conditions for coupons on Prayvin

The following terms and conditions apply to your use and redemption of promotional coupon or coupon codes.

Coupons are valid only on the Prayvin website or mobile application.

  • To redeem your coupons, the codes must be entered on the checkout page in exact order
  • You are only allowed to redeem 5 coupons per day and each voucher code can be used only one-time per customer.
  • Prayvin reserves the right to cancel or modify orders, or revoke the use of voucher codes, where the coupons are used in the following circumstances:
  1. ​​suspicious or fraudulent voucher use

voucher abuse, including coupons redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers;

  1. and
  2. voucher used in bad faith (including resold coupons or use of coupons by customers purchasing products for re-selling purposes, identified either by purchase behavior or business name and address)

Unless otherwise stated, vouchers or other promotional discounts are not valid in conjunction with other tactical promotions or discounts, except for pre-discounted products on Prayvin.

Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific coupon code (for example, duration, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those coupons.

Return/refund of promotional coupons will not be allowed unless stated by merchant.

Refunding of promotional coupons will only be accepted in the following circumstances:

service/product rendered was not as advertised
